Erasmus program
Erasmus students remain matriculated with their home university.They can attend courses listed in their programme. For all relevant details, contact the International Relations Office.
Foreign students are also exempted from registration fees. Their arrival is generally scheduled a few months before the start of each semester. At the end of the study period, a transcript of records is sent to their home university.
At the Università degli Studi di Brescia most courses are offered in Italian. Some seminars can take place at times in English.
Erasmus granted students are required to have a basic knowledge of Italian language. To provide students with adeguate language skills, the University of Brescia also organises, every year, an Italian language course with two levels - at the beginning of the 1st semester starting in September and at the beginning of the 2nd semester starting in February.
These courses are free. At the end of the course each student who has attended at least 90% of the classes receives an attendance certificate.
Students who are interested in these courses should indicate it when filling their application form for the University of Brescia.
Your name must be included in a list of selected Erasmus students to be addressed to the International Relations Office. Your home University must send an e-mail to our Erasmus Incoming office include the following information for each applying student: name and surname, date and place of birth, e-mail address, study area and semester will stay to study at Brescia University.
Erasmus Students are required to complete the Application forms on line, to print and send all documents with 2 recent colour photographs by post.
The forms are: Application form (with 2 recent colour photographs) the Learning Agreement signed and stamped by your University and the Accommodation form.

The International Relations Office will then organize housing facilities for Erasmus students who have applied for housing until June 30th . Please complete on line Accommodation form on time.
