1.MAKE AN APPOINTMENT

• Use your UniBs credential n.surname@unibs.it
• Select the office and click on “Fix an appointment”: you are now accessing the online Appointments calendar
• Choose day and hour
• Fill in the form with Family name and First name, Registration number and Reasons for appointment. Then save your choice

You are going to receive an automatically sent email message confirming the appointment. Date and hour you have chosen appear now in the online Appointments calendar.

The email message also gives you the link and instructions to access the Online desk on the date.

In order to delete the appointment you can either cancel it in the online Appointments calendar or click the “No” button available in the email message.

2. ACCESS THE ONLINE DESK

If you have already installed Teams app on your device and have used your University credentials to login please switch to the third step.

Otherwise:

• Connect to www.office.com using your University credential n.surname@unibs.it
• In case the access is denied open www.unibs.it and enter in your personal page to change your password. Then connect again to www.office.com with the new password

Teams would ask you for modifying your UniBs password if it had been set more than three months ago.  

Upon access www.office.com please download Teams app and install it on your smartphone or personal computer device

3. RECEIVING THE VIDEOCALL

• On the date connect to Teams filling the link received via email message in your Internet browser. Only if you had fixed an appointment beforehand you would be allowed to enter the Online desk.
• Upon access please wait patiently: the operator is going to call you by videocall at the scheduled time.
