Profit, final and admission exams

Exams

Written and oral exams will take place in-person, in compliance with safety and distancing rules and the current COVID-19 protocol.

Remote exams are granted to:

  • Covid-19 positive students (with a positive swab executed in appointed structures)
  • International students who are not able to physical mobility or who are waiting for study Visa;
  • In case of particular vulnerability (more than 15 days or less if it persists later than the last exam calendar of the session in progress), certified by the general pratictioner and noticed at least 2 working days before the exam.

Distance exams can take place not simoultaneously with the in-person exams, with derogation granted by the Committee of the exam.

Students with disability of more than 66% can do distance exams in video connection, with a request to send to UOC Inclusion and Participation.

Personal Computers could be used during in-person exams. To avoid gatherings, limited access to students could be considered.

The request for the in-person exams must be sent, at least two working days before the exam, by mail, directly to the President of the Committee and also to the Educational Services, finding the right e-mail from the list below:

Degree exams, final exams of post graduate schools and PhD programme

All graduation sessions and the final exams of post graduate schools are held in-person in compliance with the University Covid-19 Safety Protocol.

Relatives and friends’ access is allowed in compliance with the University Covid-19 Safety Protocol.

Candidates who are unable to graduate in person (for reasons related to Covid-19 emergency), can graduate online, simoultaneously with in-person graduation sessions.

Students with disability, with a reasoned request sent to Inclusion and Participation Office, can ask to graduate online.

Admission exams to degree programmes

Placement Tests TOLC/CISIA can be made on line through TOLC@CASA platform.
Students who are not able to do this test online can do it in-person.

All the others admission exams are in-person.
