Thus, Strategy Analysis assumes a key role in value creation process in order to guarantee companies’ long-term survival.
The course equips students with an understanding of the companies’ strategies, focusing on the following topics: the concept of strategy; the strategic process; the main frameworks to analyse a strategy; strategy formulation and strategy implementation; the different levels of strategies; the strategic decisions.
