Study plans - Engineering

After renewing your enrolment as a regular student for the academic year 2024/25 in the undergraduate or master's degree courses in the Engineering area, you must use the online procedure active on your personal page from 2 September 2024 to 31 October 2024 to complete and submit your study plan.

Students who are in one of the following conditions do not have to submit their study plan online: 
- Individual study plans;
- Students who already have a complete plan and do not wish to change their chosen examinations. 

Please note that students may not take examinations that are not included in the study plan or for which they have not accrued attendance in relation to either the year or the semester in which the course is held. Examinations taken in breach of the University Teaching Regulations will be cancelled.

Study plan variation can be made by students enrolled out-of-course on degree courses, master's degree courses or single-cycle master's degree courses.
It can only be made using the paper form Richiesta variazione piano studi studenti fuori corso (MSAS-7.09.02 Rev01), available on the ‘Forms in the Student Secretariat’ page.
The request must be delivered to the Career Management Unit, by sending the form and the attachments indicated in it in a single PDF file via the Infostudente ticketing service. The submission can be made from 02 September 2024 to 31 October 2024

Curriculum changes can be made by students enrolled on or off-course in
- three-year degree courses in Mechanical and Materials Engineering or in Electronic and Telecommunications Engineering
- master's degree courses in Mechanical Engineering or Management Engineering.

Curriculum changes can only be made using the paper form Curriculum Change Request (MSAS-7.09.01 Rev01), available on the ‘Student Secretariat Forms’ page.
Documentation can be sent via the Infostudent ticketing service from 02 September 2024 to 31 October 2024

Students who intend to graduate in the February or March 2025 session and change their study plan (only for subjects placed in the 1st semester) must enrol in the 2024/2025 academic year by paying the first instalment plus the second instalment calculated according to their income bracket.

The academic year of graduation will be 2024/2025.
