Study plans - Law

After renewing your enrolment as a regular student for the academic year 2024/25 in the degree or master's degree courses in the Law area, you must use the on-line procedure active on your personal page from 2 September 2024 to 31 October 2024 to complete and submit your study plan.

Students who are in one of the following conditions do not have to submit an online study plan: 
- Individual study plans;
- Students who already have a complete plan and do not wish to change their chosen examinations. 

To find out which examinations pertain to each course and curriculum, please consult the Study Manifesto published on the Law Department's teaching pages. 

Students are also reminded that they may not take examinations that are not included in the study plan or for which they have not accrued attendance in relation to both the year and the four-month period in which the course is held. Examinations taken in breach of the provisions of the University Teaching Regulations are cancelled. 

It is also possible to make use of the TUTOR service of the Department of Law (Via S. Faustino 41, Brescia) for the submission or variation of study plans. 

If you are registered for the academic year 2024/2025 as avfuori corso student, you can submit the Study Plan Change Form MSAS-7.08.22, using the Infostudente service, during the period from 02 september 2024 to 31 october 2024, for the following courses only 
- Three-year degree course in Employment Consultant and Business Lawyer 
- Single-cycle degree course in Law. 

You can submit a curriculum variation request if you are enrolled in the 3rd year of the three-year degree course in Employment Consultant and Business Lawyer (ex D.M. 270/04), by sending the Curriculum Variation Form MSAS-7.08.13 with attached ID, using the Infostudente service, during the period from 1 August 2024 to 31 October 2024.
