The two Calls reserved to non-EU holders of foreign qualifications that aim to apply for admission and international scholarships STAR and LMINT in 2026/27 a.y. are open till 15 March 2026.
- Pre-assessment referring to Italian or English taught postgraduate degrees
Candidates can apply for pre-assessment or, if they meet the requirements provided for in the call, for pre-assessment and assignment of
- STAR “Students at Risk” no. 4 scholarships (Italian or English taught PG programs)
- LMINT no. 13 scholarships (English taught PG programs).
- STAR “Students at Risk” no. 2 scholarships referring to a four-years educational pathway
- 2026/27 a.y. Foundation Year program (70% mandatory attendance)
- from 2027/28 a.y. registration in an undergraduate program taught in Italian language.
Holders of undegraduate degrees are not allowed to apply.
All STAR scholarships address to candidates with nationality and residence in a developing country (pursuant to Italian Ministerial Decree no. 166 of 2 March 2025) or in one of the following countries: Cuba, Egypt, El Salvador, Jordan, Iraq, Kenya, Lebanon, Tunisia and Palestinian territories.
Applications must be sent via online PICA procedure by 15 March 2026, Noon (Italian time).
