THE University Impact Rankings: Unibs climbs the SDGs ranking

THE University Impact Rankings: UniBs avanza nella classifica sugli Obiettivi di Sviluppo Sostenibile

University of Brescia sets another major international milestone, improving its position in the 2023 edition of THE University Impact Rankings, the first ranking assessing the commitment of Universities to creating new models of social, cultural and economic development based on the UN 2030 Agenda Goals. From the segment 401-600 the University of Brescia achieves a position within the range 301-400, with an overall score of 72.7 on a total of 1600 Universities. A data steadily increasing over the years: from 60.5 in 2020 to 66.5 in 2021 and 68.5 in 2022. In the national rankings the University of Brescia is placed eighth. 

University of Brescia, for a long time engaged in the Sustainable Unibs project – an organic and comprehensive sustainability plan – is placed 27th in the world rankings as to Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) no. 3 – “Good Health and Wellbeing” and 52nd as to SDG no. 10 – “Reduced Inequalities”.
