co-funded by european union

RECIPES is a project of the UNITA – Universitas Montium Alliance, coordinated by Université Savoie Mont Blanc (USMB), in which our University participates as a full partner, together with the Universidad Pública de Navarra (UPNA), Universitatea Transilvania din Brașov (UNITBV), and Instituto Politécnico da Guarda (IPG).

Launched in 2023, the project lasts for three years and has produced a Handbook designed to support higher education institutions in identifying and embracing the opportunities offered by internationalisation.

The main goal of UNITA RECIPES for INTERNATIONALISATION is to promote the internationalisation of degree programmes within the Alliance’s partner universities, aiming to increase opportunities for all students to develop international and intercultural skills—skills that are now considered essential in a globalised world.

Internationalisation, however, goes beyond mobility or the creation of partnerships. It concerns higher education from a global perspective: it fosters innovation, enhances the quality of teaching and research, and equips students with the competencies needed to thrive in diverse professional and cultural environments.

The UNITA RECIPES Handbook for Internationalisation, developed within the framework of the Erasmus+ project, was designed to provide practical solutions to the challenges posed by internationalisation. Inspired by the concept of a recipe book, this Handbook offers 25 carefully structured recipes, each providing a step-by-step guide on how to integrate international elements into university study programmes.

By promoting both physical and digital international experiences, UNITA RECIPES also encourages sustainable mobility solutions, reinforcing its commitment to an environmentally responsible education.
