In order to improve the University's organisation, activities and services, you can use an online form to submit reports and suggestions for the identification and resolution of various problems.

Reports may also relate to inappropriate facts or behaviour, which will be appropriately investigated by ensuring confidentiality for the parties involved.

""I have been harassed during my university activities (internships, lectures, collaborations, etc.): to whom can I report what has happened to me?"

If you have been harassed, you can tell - report - denounce what has happened to you to the Confidential counsellor.

If you contact the counsellor, you will be assured of the utmost confidentiality and, if specific action needs to be taken against the person responsible, you will be fully involved in the process to ensure that there are no repercussions for you.

However, if you do not want any action to be taken, you should know that you have the right to simply report the incident without any further action.
It may seem useless to report/or speak with the counsellor without following up, but it never is, quite the contrary. Having reports allows us, as a university, to better understand what situations you students are experiencing and to take corrective actions and awareness-raising that will create the conditions so that certain situations will no longer occur.

If you prefer not to reveal yourself by giving your name, you can contact the counsellor through a trusted friend (classmate, student representative, tutor, etc.) or decide to be accompanied to the meeting; when interviewed, you will not be asked to say anything other than what happened.

The confidential adviser is Dr Francesca Torelli, who can be contacted at: [email protected]

""I think I have been treated unfairly in an exam - I have problems with a professor - I have problems with bureaucratic/administrative/informatics procedures that have disadvantaged me: who can I turn to?"?"

The Student Ombudsman is available to provide free advice and assistance to students in the exercise of their rights and to better guarantee the impartiality, fairness and timeliness of administrative action.

Students can turn to the ombudsman, while respecting their right to anonymity, to report administrative problems (delays in secretarial procedures, reports of missing or defective services, anomalies in IT procedures) and problems related to teaching (organisation of lessons, methods and criteria for assessment in examinations, difficulties in relations with individual teachers).

To contact the Student Ombudsman send an e-mail to [email protected]

I have a recognised disability (L. 104/92 or L. 118/71) or a diagnosis of Specific Learning Disorder (L. 170/10): who can I turn to?

Are there any compensatory tools - support systems - that the University can provide me with? Who can I talk to about my questions and doubts?

I do not need any special aids, support or compensatory tools, but I would like to talk to someone about my situation, have a discussion and ask questions: who can I write to?
