Chorus Universitatis Brixiae

The  Chorus Universitatis Brixiae was founded in 1998 and is open to students, administrative staff, lecturers and all citizens. It performs at official university ceremonies (inauguration of the academic year, honorary degrees, etc.) and concerts. The repertoire ranges from Renaissance, sacred and profane, to 20th century music. The choir is conducted by Maestro Silvio Baracco, lecturer in Choral Exercises at the ‘Luca Marenzio’ Conservatory of Brescia.
