Open a ticket by selecting the category "Studying" > "Exam Sessions" in the InfoStudente service.

Questions relating to the application for, or the use of, the instruments of compensation
Contact the Inclusion Services for Students with Disabilities/Specific Learning Disorders (DSA).

Questions relating to events or behaviour that are considered to be inappropriate
Contact the Student Ombudsman, who ensures the confidentiality of the parties involved.

Finally, check the Rights and welfare of the students page to see if you can find a solution to your issue.

If none of the above services can resolve your issue

You may submit a report.
