What is individual psychological counselling?
The Psychological Counselling and Listening Desk is a space you can turn to when:
- You fear you made the wrong choice;
- You get stuck during an exam;
- You are having difficulties with a classmate or professor;
- You are struggling to complete your studies;
- You just need to talk to someone about how stressful studying is.
At Spazio Studenti, you will find a counsellor who will help you analyze your problems and identify strategies to overcome them.
WHO IS IT FOR?
University students, including doctoral, postgraduate and international mobility students.
HOW TO ACCESS
The counsellor is available by appointment only.

OFFICE AND CONTACT
The Advisory Service is located at the University Residence on Via Valotti, 3 in Brescia.
The service is also available remotely for students living in the surrounding areas.

PRIVACY
The professional who will meet with you at the Psychological Counselling Desk is an external counsellor. To guarantee confidentiality, all data will be handled exclusively by the professional in charge of the service, in accordance with professional secrecy and legal provisions on privacy protection.
