Dr Anna Maria Gandolfi has been appointed Confidential Counsellor of the University of Brescia with effect from 1 February 2025.
The university, which has many surveys on employment well-being, considers making provision for this position an important accomplishment, supplementing and consistent with the Code of Conduct for the Protection of Human Dignity, the Ethics Code, the Code of Behaviour and the University Disciplinary Code.
The Confidential Counsellor is called on to prevent and pursue with internal disciplinary proceedings or prosecute behaviour expressing direct or indirect discrimination, sexual abuse, moral or psychological abuse and mobbing.
