Climate Change Summer School (CCSS) - Universidad Politecnica de Madrid

6th edition of the Climate Change Summer School (CCSS), hosted at the campus of Universidad Politecnica de Madrid, from July 13–24, 2026.

Since its inception in 2021, CCSS has provided a unique platform for students to deepen their understanding of climate change. This two-week program (equivalent to 6 ECTS credits), taught entirely in English, brings together world-class professors from diverse fields: Art, Biology, Business, Chemistry, Earth Sciences, Economics, Engineering, Geography, Humanities, Law, Medicine, Physics, Political Science, and Sociology.

Tuition Fee Reductions: Significant tuition fee reductions are offered to students from universities actively promoting our program and those submitting early applications.

The basic two-week program can be extended into a 4-Week Program (12 ECTS credits) from June 29 to July 24, 2026, by adding one of the following courses:

  • Skills Summer School: Ideal for students aiming to enhance their academic and professional writing and speaking skills.
  • Environmental Economics and Policy Analysis: Organized by our partner UAM’s Summer School of Economics and Business.
