Yes, provided that the period is consistent with the individual training programme, meets educational or scientific needs that cannot adequately be fulfilled within the School’s training network, and is approved before it begins. 

An individual training plan, School approval, the required agreement with the host institution and verification of insurance cover are necessary. 

When the procedure is started, the School Director must also state the reason for the request and provide a brief report describing the educational or scientific aims of the period and the excellence of the host centre.
