If I have to wait for the new student card to be delivered, how do I pay or withdraw?

If the Student Card has been lost/stolen or has deteriorated, it must be blocked. While waiting for the new card, you can go to the branch and make a withdrawal at the counter. In addition, the Internet banking service remains active, with which you can make bank transfers, pay utility bills, phone top-ups, etc.

Once the new card has been obtained, it is necessary to:

  • activate the banking functions in any Crédit Agricole Italia branch or with the online process
  • go to any Crédit Agricole Italia branch to revoke the old card and transfer the available balance from the old card to the new one
