The Department of Economics and Management Executive Board, as established by Article 8 of the Bylaws, is composed of the Director, who chairs it, and six members elected by the Council from among full Professors, associate Professors, and Researchers, ensuring an equal number of members from each category.
Each category elects its own representatives by expressing a single preference. The Director is excluded from the count for the purpose of category parity.
The members of the Executive Board cease their mandate upon the end of the Director’s term, but may be re-elected.

The Deputy-Director, the Degree Program Board Chair, and the Coordinators of teaching, research, and civic engagement activities may participate in the meetings of the Executive Board upon invitation by the Director, without voting rights.
