How to enroll

Registration for the full Foundation Year course or for single modules / courses is open from 7 July 2023 - Noon (Italian time) till 20 August 2023 - Noon (Italian time).

For enrolment candidates must complete two online procedures:

1. Pica procedure

Submit the enrolment application within the deadline indicated in the admission call via PICA online registration procedure. During the procedure candidates must

• Fill in and sign the application form  and upload it
• Attach the required documents listed below

2.A Students with a qualification obtained abroad must attach:

• Softcopy of Passport
• Softcopy of Original Diploma or Final Upper Secondary School Certificate with the list of final exams and scores, in English or Italian (please note that the original Diploma/Certificate and the transcript, legalised or with "Apostille", accompanied by a Declaration of value issued by the Italian diplomatic representations in the territory or by a Certificate of Comparability issued by CIMEA, must be delivered to the International Students admission unit within the next deadline).

2.B Students with an Italian secondary school diploma must attach:

• Softcopy of Identity card

2. Esse3 procedure

• registration on Unibs portal
• from the personal page regoster to "Corso Foundation"

Only applications of candidates who have completed both procedures and have paid the first installment of 1,000 euros by 20 August 2023 will be taken into consideration.

Non-EU candidates residing abroad who will be admitted to the Foundation Year must also submit the online application for study visa via Universitaly portal. In case of admission, university offices will confirm their application and the Italian official Representation will be informed, in order to start application assessment pursuant to the specific requirements relevant to study visa issuance.

It is possible to apply for enrolment in the Italian course and for the specific training courses or for single courses by the deadline indicated in the admission call.

Candidates should follow the same indications given for submitting enrolment request for the entire course.
