Traineeships offer valuable opportunities for current students and recent graduates of the University of Brescia.
They provide a chance to put academic knowledge into practice and gain hands-on experience in a professional setting, helping to develop practical skills. Traineeships also allow participants to explore different work environments and understand the roles and skills that are in demand in today’s job market, supporting a smoother transition into employment. In some programs, traineeships may also count toward academic credits required for graduation.

Offering a traineeship is a great opportunity to collaborate with motivated students and recent graduates, bringing fresh ideas and up-to-date skills into your organization. The University of Brescia supports you every step of the way, from posting opportunities to setting up the traineeship. We also provide full insurance coverage, while giving your organization the flexibility to offer a monthly allowance if desired.
Activation process
Through the dedicated Almalaurea Unibs portal, companies and organizations can register, post traineeship opportunities, review applications, and select the most suitable candidates.
Both the launch and completion of a traineeship are handled entirely online.
Duration
Traineeships are limited to a maximum of twelve months per host organization.
