Shared Care Pathways for Lung Neoplasms - 3rd Edition

20 e 21 giugno 2025
Aula Magna of Economics and Management - Via San Faustino, 74/B

On 20 and 21 June 2025, the 3rd Edition of the Multidisciplinary ‘Sharing Experience’ Meeting of 4 Thoracic Oncology Centres ‘Shared Care Pathways for Lung Neoplasms’ will be held at the Aula Magna of Economics and Management (Via S. Faustino, 74/B).

Lung cancer represents a major challenge in oncology, with a significant impact on public health globally. Despite advances in early diagnosis and targeted therapies, the management of this disease remains complex and requires a multidisciplinary approach.

The evolution of scientific knowledge and the introduction of new therapeutic strategies, including immunotherapy, target therapy and precision radiotherapy, are progressively redefining treatment standards, offering new perspectives to patients. However, the biological variability of lung cancer and the need for equitable access to treatment still pose important clinical and organisational questions. The event ‘Shared care pathways for lung cancer’, now in its fourth edition, is intended as an opportunity for specialists from different thoracic oncology centres to exchange views. The event takes place over two days and aims to encourage the sharing of clinical experiences, updates on the latest scientific evidence and the definition of shared treatment paths.
