How does compulsory paternity leave work?

Compulsory paternity leave is 10 working days, increased to 20 in the event of multiple births.

The days may be taken separately but may not be divided into hours, during the period from two months before the expected date of delivery to five months after the birth.

To apply, complete and sign the “Compulsory paternity leave” form, state the requested days and provide the child’s birth details or, if the leave is requested before the birth, the expected date of delivery. Send the form from your institutional @unibs.it email address or personal certified email address to [email protected] and notify the School Director and the person responsible at your training site in advance
