The Center is based at the Department of Law.

The Center promotes, coordinates and develops activities aimed at allowing, thanks to an agreement between the Brescia Ordinary Court and the Brescia Court of Appeal as well as, possibly, other judicial offices, on the one hand, and the University on the other , the analysis of judicial measures relating to market law which allows us to know, through the elaboration of specific abstracts and maxims of the decisions examined, the existing guidelines and, consequently, the foreseeable outcome of a dispute on a given matter as well as the duration probable of the related proceeding.
The Center has institutional purposes aimed at:

  • provide, with free access to the public, updated information on cases and on solutions adopted by the Judicial Authority which pronounced the measures examined;
  • foster the collaboration of various legal practitioners (judges, lawyers, chartered accountants, Notaries and Universities);
  • promote informed information on judicial activity in the matters examined to anyone interested.
