Abstract

Upgrading and automating the hydrometeorological monitoring network of the stations in the RTBR basin for the management of water resources with the strengthening of the technical infrastructure and local capacities.

The activities to be carried out in order to achieve the objective concern
in particular:

field investigations
design and implementation of the Operation Support Module
design and implementation of the Real Time Operational Panel
data collection on reservoir levels and hydrometeorological data
data collection on the curves of the tanks and the institutional framework
implementation of tank operation optimization
staff training
project reporting
