The University of Brescia participated in the 76th edition of the NAFSA International Conference, the largest non-profit association in the world dedicated to higher education and international exchanges. The conference took place in New Orleans from May 28th to 31st, under the motto "Resilience. Renewal. Community."

With the participation of around 9,000 experts from 120 countries, the event provided a unique opportunity for meeting and dialogue, representing a massive collective effort for the advancement of international education.

The university was represented by Professor Carmen Marchiori, the Rector's Delegate for International Promotion and Dual Degrees, and Dr. Aiko Terao, Head of the International Relations Office. During the conference, the Unibs delegation met with representatives from universities worldwide, presenting the university's educational offerings, research activities, internationalization efforts, and exchange and study abroad programs, with the aim of strengthening existing relationships and expanding the network of international collaborations and agreements.

The event also saw the participation of 45 other Italian universities and AFAM (Higher Education in Art, Music and Dance), at the "Study in Italy" Pavilion, thanks to Uni-Italia and INDIRE, the Italian Erasmus National Agency. For the university, this was also an opportunity for fruitful exchanges with other Italian educational institutions.
