ACCIDENT POLICY
Individuals authorized by the Policyholder to carry out missions or service tasks that involve the use of a vehicle owned by the Institution or by the authorized person are covered by the Accident Policy.
Insurance coverage is automatic if the mission form indicates the use of a vehicle and includes both the driver and authorized passengers.
The insurance also applies to accidents occurring during missions or service tasks when authorized persons use bicycles or velocipedes, whether owned by them or rented from third parties (bike sharing). In such cases, it is necessary to stamp the “out-of-office” reason or complete other attestations, which must be presented only in the event of a claim.
KASKO POLICY
Damage to vehicles used for missions and service tasks, whether owned by the University or by authorized persons, is covered by the Kasko policy.
