The conference “Trabexit – a comparison between Spain and Italy” will take place on 14 and 15 May 2026 at the Sala delle Candelabre of the Department of Law of the Università di Brescia, located at Via San Faustino 41 in Brescia.
The first session, scheduled for Thursday 14 May from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, will be introduced and moderated by Cristina Alessi and will include presentations on the exit from the labour market and social legislation in Spain, as well as an analysis of data on workers’ resignations in the Spanish labour market. A discussion will follow with Gianluca Bonanomi and Francesca Sgobbi.
The second session, taking place on Friday 15 May from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, will focus on the right to work in the Spanish Constitution and on pension reform in relation to generational turnover. The discussion will be led by Cristina Alessi and Fabio Ravelli.
