Log in using SPID. If you haven't already, apply for it now!
If you need to access services that require credentials and you have lost or forgotten your password and/or username, you can use the Credential Recovery Service by entering your Tax Code (Codice Fiscale).
If your Tax Code is already linked to a private email address, the system will allow you to recover your credentials independently (by accessing the Password recovery service and/or Username recovery service). During the procedure, a temporary password will be emailed to you for the reset.
If, however, your Tax Code is not linked to a private email address, the system will ask you to fill in some details (private email, ID document) and to submit a copy of your ID document within 3 days.
