No. If you withdraw after being assigned a place and enrolling in a Specialist School, you cannot use the ranking list from the same national selection procedure to obtain a new assignment to another Specialist School or institution.

Withdrawal permanently closes your position in the admission procedure relating to that national selection. To enrol in a Specialist School again, you must take part in a subsequent national selection procedure.
