The online helpdesk allows you to speak to a UniBS staff member by video call and is available by appointment only. 
 
To book: 
• open the “Online helpdesk” page on the UniBS website; 
• select “Book an appointment”; 
• choose the office and service relevant to your request; 
• select the reason for the appointment and an available date and time; 
• enter your personal details and briefly describe your request; 
• if you are already enrolled, select “Book by logging in”; otherwise, select “Book by signing up”. 
 
You will receive a confirmation email containing the video-call link. You can also change or cancel the appointment through the same platform. If no service dedicated to Specialist Schools is available, first open an Infostudente ticket using the category “Post Laurea - Scuole di Specializzazione”.
