If you are ill, you must: 

1. notify the School management immediately; 

2. submit a medical certificate by the following day, issued by:  

3. a public healthcare facility; or 

4. a doctor affiliated with the Italian National Health Service; 

The medical certificate must state the period of sickness. The reference number of the electronic medical certificate alone is not sufficient. 

If your sickness lasts for more than 40 consecutive working days, you must also send: 

• the medical certificate; 

• the application form for suspension of training; 

from your institutional email address or certified email address to [email protected]. 

At the end of the sickness period, you must also submit the form for resuming specialist training, stating the date on which you will return to your activities. 

Important: while your training is suspended, you may not undertake teaching, training or clinical activities. The entire suspension period must subsequently be recovered.
