To apply for suspension of training due to maternity leave, you must submit:

• a medical certificate confirming the pregnancy and stating the expected date of delivery;
• the documentation issued by the Occupational Health Service or occupational physician;
• the application form for suspension of training;
• a copy of your identity document.

Send all documents from your institutional email address or certified email address to [email protected].

You must also notify the School Director and the person responsible at your training site of the start and end dates of the maternity leave period.
