On Friday, May 30 at 4:00 PM, the final round of the My 3-Minute PhD Thesis – 2025 Edition competition will take place at the Public University of Navarre (UPNA), a partner of the UNITA – Universitas Montium Alliance.
The final event in Pamplona will feature 18 PhD students from 9 universities within the Alliance.
Each participant will present their thesis project in English, within a three-minute time limit, to a non-specialist audience. A jury composed of researchers from the participating universities will evaluate the presentations based on predefined criteria, including public speaking skills, clarity of the presentation, and the effectiveness of visual aids.
Our university will be represented by Saleh Y S Abuzir, with the thesis “Full-scale application of UASB technology with granular biomass for pre-treatment and energy valorization of high-load wastewater,” and Marco Antonio Dias Da Silva, with the thesis “AIDED: Artificial Intelligence for Dental Education.”
