The University of Brescia funds for the 2026/27 a.y. STAR “Students at Risk” no. 2 grants, addressing non-EU citizens with upper secondary school diploma achieved in any educational system other than Italian, that aim at enrolling in a four-years educational pathway:
- 2026/27 a.y. Foundation Year program (70% mandatory attendance)
- from 2027/28 a.y. registration in an UG program taught in Italian language.
The call is reserved to candidates with nationality and residence in a developing country (pursuant to Italian Ministerial Decree no. 166 of 2 March 2025) or in one of the following countries: Cuba, Egypt, El Salvador, Jordan, Iraq, Kenya, Lebanon, Tunisia and Palestinian territories.
Holders of undegraduate degrees are not allowed to apply for the call.
Applications must be sent online via PICA procedure by 15 March 2026, Noon (Italian time).
