Information on annual fees and contributions
Starting from the A.Y. 2026/2027 the comprehensive University Fee to enrol at a PhD Programme (both for beneficiaries and non-beneficiaries of study grants) amounts to € 206,00
Out of which € 190,00 for the Regional Right to Education Fee (Regione Lombardia) and € 16.00 of the Italian Revenue Tax Stamp duty.
The amount has been updated pursuant to Article 6 of the Regional Law n. 13/2025. Upon submission of the ISEE statement the tax may be reduced based on the provisions of the aforementioned law.
Students enrolled at a PhD Programme having a recognized disability pursuant to Article n. 3, paragraph 1 and paragraph 3 of the Law 05/02/1992, n. 104, and/or students having a disability equal to or greater than 66% (sixty-six percent) will be required to pay only the Italian Revenue Tax Stamp duty.
