Research Activities in UNITA

UNITA - Universitas Montium aims to promote the educational, scientific, and cultural progress of the regions in the involved countries that share common challenges and issues, fostering sustainable development, strengthening local innovation ecosystems, and supporting the transition to a knowledge-based economy, promoting and accelerating European integration.

The Universities of the Alliance promote and support the creation of thematic and interdisciplinary research groups through matching events focused on various scientific topics and scholarships awarded to projects developed among the Universities of the Alliance.

UNITA features six research hubs representing the thematic pillars of the Alliance:

  • Global Health
  • Green Energies
  • Cultural Heritage
  • Circular Economy and Environment
  • Digital Transition
