The sections
The Department of Law Book Series is dedicated to the publication of monographs and edited collections that have received a positive evaluation through a double-blind peer-review process. Reviewers are selected by random draw from the panel of referees identified in the list published in each volume of the Series.
The section entitled Working Papers of the Department of Law is devoted to the publication of monographs, edited collections, and interdisciplinary works produced by individual scholars or by research groups with varying levels of institutional structure. Manuscripts submitted to this section are evaluated by the Scientific Board of the Series, which may, at its discretion, consult external experts in the relevant fields of research.
The section entitled Selected Writings is dedicated to festschrifts, memorial volumes, and conference proceedings. As publications intended to honour outstanding scholarly achievements, distinguished members of the academic community, and significant academic events, these works are presented in a particularly prestigious editorial format, while preserving the visual identity and coherence of the Series as a whole.
