On Tuesday 30 June 2026, from 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM, the conference “Remuneration, collective bargaining and trade union representativeness” will take place at the Department of Law of the Università degli Studi di Brescia.
Following opening remarks by Adriana Apostoli and an introduction by Cristina Alessi, the programme includes presentations on trade union representation and representativeness, new dimensions of job quality, the identification of the reference national collective labour agreement in public contracts, regional laws on minimum wage in public contracts, and the concept of “fair wage” under Decree-Law No. 62/2026. The event will also include the presentation of the new CERIL website and the Observatory’s new database.
The conference will continue with a round table moderated by Fabio Ravelli. A first session will focus on communication and data collection concerning trade union representativeness, with contributions from representatives of INPS Brescia, ITL Brescia and Ordine CDL e ANCL Brescia. A second session will address remuneration and fair wages after Decree-Law No. 62/2026, with contributions from representatives of employers’ associations and trade unions.
