In partnership with the University of Brescia private companies and public and private administrations can strengthen their skills by participating to PhD Programmes and encourage their employees to apply.
The signature of a partnership agreement on an existing UniBS PhD Programme is required between the University and private companies / public and private insitutions to define research goals, PhD activities, etc. within the main PhD Programme mission and objectives that the future PhD candidate will carry out. This process envisages a joint tutoring process shared between the PhD Programme and the private / public institution.
Moreover, UniBS forsters PhD posts defined as Apprenticeship in Advanced Training, intended for young graduates, aged 18 to 29, who can be hired by organizations / companies by combining the apprenticeship path with the achievement of a PhD Degree.
This process envisages a joint tutoring process shared between the PhD Programme and the private / public institution. An agreement must also be signed to activate the Apprenticeship in Advanced Training.
