This guidance was created by the Gender equality commission and is based on the Guidelines for the use of gender inclusive language issued by the MIUR.
The aim of the document is to provide useful suggestions to the entire academic community.
The vademecum can be used for didactic materials, official communications, e-mails, thesis and for all the great variety of contexts that characterise the communication of the University.
Writing and speaking inclusively is not as complicated as it seems when you know how to do it.
We propose a few tricks to express ourselves inclusively.
The guidelines are avalaible only in Italian language.
