Benefit: full APC coverage (no cost for the authors).

Eligible journals: all hybrid journals published by IEEE. See the document below. Hybrid journals that become fully open access during the agreement period are included.

Additional information
Number of articles: limited. After reaching the limit, costs will be charged to authors, who, in the case of hybrid journals, may request to opt out of the open access model and publish under the subscription model.
Eligible articles: original papers, review papers, original researches.
Licences: CC BY, CC BY-NC-ND.
Corresponding author: affiliated with the University of Brescia. It is recommended to use the institutional email address.

NOTICE
The procedure for publication under the agreement is active. All articles accepted from 1st November 2025 onward can be covered, even if a payment had originally been requested.
