Students seeking personalized assistance can take advantage of a dedicated service that includes the following: drafting and registration of the rental agreement, support in paying the deposit to the landlord, booking a viewing of the property in person or via video call, and assistance in selecting the apartment that best meets their needs, considering budget, location, roommate type, and apartment type.
For international students, the personalized assistance service also includes remote booking of the desired accommodation, language support with the landlord, and assistance in obtaining a VISA and tax code.
The tax code, is required to allow international students to become legal tenants in Italy.
After choosing the accommodation and confirming it following the payment of the deposit to the landlord, a fee of €100.00 (VAT included) is charged for this dedicated service.
