INAIL Accident Insurance
The University of Brescia guarantees its permanent staff protection against workplace accidents through INAIL, in accordance with D.P.R. 1124/1965 and D.M. 10/10/1985.

Accident Policy
The University has taken out an Accident Policy to provide insurance coverage for certain categories not protected by INAIL.
In case of an accident, insured persons must contact the Insurance Office.
Third-Party Liability Policy
The University has taken out a Third-Party Liability Policy for all individuals operating within the institution.
In case of a claim, insured persons must contact the Insurance Office.
Reporting Procedure
- In case of an ACCIDENT:
Send the notification form below, together with the certificate issued by the Emergency Room, to:
[email protected] - In case of DAMAGE TO PROPERTY OR OTHER PERSONS:
Send a report describing the incident to: [email protected].
The report must include photos and documentation proving the extent of the damage.
Important:
The claimant must sign the notification and provide their address and telephone contact details.
