PRESENTATION OF THE STUDY PLAN

For the 2026/2027 academic year, students can submit their study plan online through their personal Esse3 account from September 1st to October 29th, 2026.

Please note that the following students do not need to submit the study plan online:

  • Those with an individual study plan
  • Those enrolled part-time

Students who are regularly enrolled (i.e., not repeating a year) may edit their previous study plan only in the following cases:

  1. To change elective courses
  2. To choose among restricted electives (courses offered as alternatives)

Students with an individual study plan can request any changes only by opening a support ticket.

Remember that you cannot take exams for courses that are not included in your approved study plan or for which you have not completed attendance requirements for the corresponding year or semester.
Exams taken in violation of university regulations will be cancelled.

Detailed online guides for filling out your study plan are available.

Students who are past the regular duration of their degree program (out-of-course students) — whether enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Single-Cycle Master’s degree — may request to modify their study plan.

Requests can only be submitted using the paper form “Request to Modify Study Plan for Out-of-Course Students (MSAS-7.09.02 Rev01)”, available on the Student Office Forms webpage.

The completed form, along with any required attachments, must be sent to the Career Management Office (UOC Gestione Carriere) as a single PDF file through the Infostudente ticketing system.

Applications will be accepted from September 1 to October 29, 2026.

Students currently enrolled or beyond the regular duration of their studies may request a change of curriculum, from 1 September 2026 to 29 October 2026, if they are enrolled in:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (LT) in Mechanical and Materials Engineering: via the personal area in Esse3, Career > Study plan selection.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (LT) in Electronic and Telecommunications Engineering: submission of the form via ticket*.
  • Master’s Degree (LM) in Mechanical Engineering or Management Engineering: submission of the form via ticket*.

*Paper form “Request for curriculum change” (MSAS-7.09.01 Rev01), available on the “Student Secretariat Forms” page, to be submitted through the Infostudente ticketing service.

Students who plan to graduate in the February, March, or April 2027 sessions and wish to modify their study plan (only for courses offered in the first semester) must enroll for the 2026/2027 academic year, paying the first tuition installment plus the second installment, which is calculated according to their income bracket.

The academic year of graduation will therefore be 2026/2027.
