how to access university residences
Are you a student or doctorate student who has decided to have the full university experience by living on campus? The University of Brescia manages 7 complexes hosting students near the main university centres. You’ll find below all the information you may need during your stay in the University of Brescia residences and to access the accommodation services.
- regarding reconfirmations:
Students will be re-appointed to the same accommodation place assigned in the 2023/2024 academic year, unless otherwise required;
- as for students enrolled in subsequent years or in the first year:
NO ACCOMMODATION ALLOCATION MEETING WILL BE HELD.
Rooms will be allocated to guests following the order of the ranking, within the limits of the rooms available, according to the preferences expressed during the application phase.
In the absence of availability of the requested room types, accommodation will be allocated ex officio.
As during the academic year, room changes will not be possible, except in extremely exceptional situations, in accordance with the provisions of Article 7 of the General Regulations for Residences in force. (Certificates will only be evaluated if they are issued by a doctor from the Italian health system)
