Research & Innovation for Smart Enterprises - RISE

Founded in 2008 as the ASAP Research Center, and later renamed the Supply Chain & Service Management (SCSM) Laboratory, the RISE (Research & Innovation for Smart Enterprises) Laboratory aims to support the competitiveness of Italian companies by developing innovative, rigorous, and practical knowledge geared toward innovation in products, processes, and business models. Particular attention is given to raising awareness among businesses, transferring knowledge from the research world to industry, and the practical application of key innovations developed in the research community.
Specifically, the laboratory addresses issues related to strategies and decisions regarding the configuration, planning, execution, and control of logistics and production systems in the manufacturing and service industries. In these areas, it also develops new paradigms for the digital, “servitized,” and circular supply chain. Research & Innovation for Smart Enterprises Laboratory – RISE
