Enrolment in the Single Cycle Master’s degree of Law is open from 14th July to 18th December 2025, for those who took TOLC-SPS - whether on the university premises or in SPS@HOME TEST (home-testing) mode - in 2025 or 2024.
You can enrol without Additional Educational Requirements (OFAs) if you scored at least 12/40 in the TOLC-SPS.
ONLINE ENROLMENT PROCEDURE
Enrolment is in three stages:
- Registration , using SPID (digital identity system), on the UniBs portal
- Submitting the online registration application
- Completion of enrolment by the Student Administration offices.
STUDENTS WITH A STUDY QUALIFICATION OBTAINED ABROAD
If you obtained your school-leaving diploma abroad and you have taken the TOLC-SPS test, you can fill out the online enrolment application. You must make an appointment with the International Students Office as soon as possible to submit the documents needed to enrol in our courses (declaration of value, foreign qualification, certificate of comparability and other documents).
STUDENTS WHO ALREADY HOLD A DEGREE
If you already have a first or second-level degree or a five-year single-cycle degree you are exempted from sitting the TOLC-SPS and, as a result, from taking OFAs.
After completing the enrolment procedure, please open a ticket with the Infostudente service with the subject "Enrolment for graduates".
STUDENTS CHANGING COURSES WITHIN THE UNIVERSITY
If you are already enrolled in a course at University of Brescia, and you wish to change courses within the University to a degree course in the Law area, you need to contact the Career Management office and follow the online procedure for changing courses.
STUDENTS MAKING A TRANSFER FROM ANOTHER UNIVERSITY
If you intend transferring from another University to one of our University’s Law degree courses, you should get in touch with the Career Management office.
ADDITIONAL EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS – OFAS
If you enrol in the 2025/2026 academic year with OFAs, you will need to recuperate adopting the method set out by the Course Programme Board.
