Part-time Students

Part-time enrolment is permitted if it is stipulated in the educational regulations of the course concerned.  The part-time option must be chosen at the moment of enrolment, or when enrolment is renewed.  It can also be requested in subsequent years after the first year, if the regulations allow it.

Please check the educational regulations of your study course.

PART-TIME ATTENDANCE

Part-time enrolment allows you to fulfil approximately 50% of the courses’ scheduled study plan each year, notwithstanding the need to round this percentage up or down as required. Part-time enrolment options are stipulated in the educational regulations of the study courses.  The option for part-time learning is open to those who are fully enrolled.  It is not open to those who have exceeded the prescribed duration of the course. It is only possible to return to full-time learning once the student has completed two years part-time.

HOW TO SUBMIT A REQUEST

The form for availing of the part-time option is available on the Forms page, and must be sent to the email of the Career Management office of the study course concerned.

Part-time enrolment applications are subject to evaluation.  Please read the relevant regulations before applying.
