Online helpdesk

The online help desk is an individual consultation service. It allows you to speak to a member of staff of Università degli Studi di Brescia via video call.

This convenient smart service allows any user with a smartphone or computer to receive assistance just as one would at the actual desk by talking to a member of UNIBS staff.

The service is only available by appointment.

If you already have a UNIBS account to access the portal services, go to LOGIN and enter your Username and Password, if you do not have a UNIBS account, enter your data
Specify the reason for the appointment, the service, the date, the office.
