Presentation of degree courses offered by the Department of Law

Friday 26 September 2025, 2:30 p.m.
Sala delle Candelabre - Department of Law

On Friday, 26 September 2025, at 2.30 p.m., in the Sala delle Candelabre of the Department of Law, there will be a presentation of the new features that, starting from the academic year 2025-2026, will characterise the degree programmes offered by the Department. These are profound innovations that concern both the methods of teaching, with the introduction of the possibility of distance learning, and teaching techniques, with an increasing focus on clinical experiential teaching, especially for the degree course in Law. The revamped courses demonstrate the Università di Brescia's constant focus on teaching quality and innovation, in line with the growth that has characterised recent years. The Department of Law, in particular, offers a range of courses that demonstrate how legal training is no longer aimed solely at traditional professions (law, notary, judiciary), but also at figures who are essential for the support and development of strategies related to artificial intelligence and the sustainability of institutions and businesses in our region.

The meeting is open to students, stakeholders and anyone interested in learning about the main aspects of the recent reorganisation of the educational offering relating to the Single Cycle Master's Degree in Law, the Bachelor's Degree in Labour Consultancy and Corporate Law and the Master's Degree in Legal Sciences of Innovation and Sustainability.

Speakers will include Giovanni Rocchi, President of the Brescia Bar Association, Dr Nadia Zanini, Councillor of the Order of Labour Consultants - CPO Brescia, Dr Giuseppe Brognoli, AICEL, Chief Legal Officer - Italian Electronic Commerce Association, and Dr Arianna Moreschi, Senior Advisor on Labour and Social Security - Disability Manager - Confindustria Brescia.
